My friend Sebastian often starts his mentor speeches with this...


"Are you putting your oxygen mask on first?"


They tell you this incase of an emergency on a plane, but in reality this is important for every aspect of our lives.


Changing the world around you, begins with you.


We are better parents, better family members, better partners, better friends... When we take care of ourselves.


It’s true that we have more to offer the world when we, ourselves, are whole.


When you recognise your own wholeness, your energy raises, and you may find that you:

  • Have more energy for the things you want to do

  • Sleep better

  • Choose healthier, nutrient-rich foods

  • Have more patience with circumstances and people

  • Get sick far less often

  • Begin loving your life more and more!



The first step in doing this is by... Loving... Yourself.
